The room was good modern and brand-new with a huge jacuzzi, ideal for me. Btw it included a lounge area and a balcony. The location was incredible and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from Cathedral of Castelo Branco.

Good-sized and brand-new rooms, I had very very good experience.

It was fairly clean, and the people were lovely friendly and extremely friendly. Truly enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breads, cereal, pastries, and eggs in the restaurant were always outstanding!

The location here was fantastic, just a short distance from Torre do Relogio ⛰️. the restaurant was really nice, they had friendly staff and the food was delicious. I enjoyed some really tasty dishes while dining there.

I greatly enjoyed this enchanting and absolutely great place, stayed there for 3 nights. the location was marvellous and brilliant, at a medium distance from a long-standing museum. - This hotel was in a lovely area right by a hill, a couple of miles as well as restaurant at breakfast. - the service was attentive, including a simple check-in. - Plus, I was able to leave car at free parking.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff at Melia was excellent from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The view of the city from the hotel was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty choices. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a nice pool and fitness center. I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Hotel was great. We are a family of four with two teenagers. The pool and leisure facilities are good. It is easy to find as it dominates the surrounding with its position on top of the hill. The view both day and night is superb. The hotel is very open and has lots of space. The rooms are large and the whole place is looked after very well. The staff were very helpful. Great value for money.!

There were no hot drink facilities in the room.
